Another Apartment Tower is under construction and will be Downtown Houston’s tallest Residential High Rise to date. Market Square Tower will be built on a city block bound by Milam, Preston, Louisiana and Congress. It is projected to be complete in 2017 along with Hines One Market Square High Rise.
