Frankel Building Group has made a name for itself as a Houston Luxury Homebuilder by building custom homes in the inner-city neighborhoods like Memorial, Tanglewood and West University.
Recently, The Frankel Builders opened their first model homes in The Woodlands Reserve. The Woodlands Reserve is a gated, custom home community in the Village of Indian Springs off of Gosling Road and Woodlands Parkway; toward the front of The Woodlands.
In this new luxury community, Frankel Building Group is offering a mix of coastal French and Southern Coastal homes ranging in size from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet to half-acre wooded lots. Home prices start at $1.4 million and go upwards of $2.5 million. So far The company has thirteen homes under construction and has pre-sold eleven.
The LEED-certified environmentally friendly homes feature upscale and technology-laden amenities, such as sanded oak floors, custom cabinets from Mexico, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, a Crestron home automation system and a Navien hybrid tankless water heater with a four-gallon reserve.
Other unique features include a gun room, a hidden panic room and a resort-style pool boasting waterfalls, an infinity-edge pool and hot tub. Some of the home features, such as a crawlspace to prevent flood damage, were tested on the builder’s own home, which was debuted at the Bellaire Home Showcase and won best in show. According to the Frankel Building Group this is the best community they have ever done.
